Role: Provides skilled physical therapy services to infants, including evaluation and treatment in a NICU setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
- Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making referrals as needed.
- Delegates interventions to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency levels.
- Completes documentation adhering to departmental policies.
- Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Physical Therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred.
- Physical Therapist License required.
- No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required.
