Responsibilities: Develops and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams; delegates tasks to assistants and students; documents care accurately; conducts assessments and consultations.
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapist License, and no prior experience. A Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills. Interest or experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation is desirable.
