Role Overview:
This full-time Physical Therapist provides outpatient pediatric care, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and education for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional outcomes.Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making appropriate referrals when necessary.Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels and documentation compliance.Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations related to physical therapy services.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s preferred.Valid Physical Therapist license required.Experience with pelvic floor rehabilitation or strong interest in developing expertise in this area is desired.Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.Additional Info:This role offers opportunities for growth, CEU budget, sign-on bonus, and a schedule of four 10-hour shifts.
