Role: A Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, treats, and implements patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Provide patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and manage administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, and scheduling.
