Physical Therapist – Outpatient Adult

Role: A Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, treats, and implements patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and manage administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, and scheduling.
  • Supervise support staff, demonstrate professionalism, and communicate effectively.
  • Participate in departmental committees, serve as a clinical instructor, and pursue credentialing or certifications to enhance patient care.
  • Work flexibly across departments based on patient needs, with on-call responsibilities and possible remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current licensure in the state of practice.
  • Education from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, organizational policies, and continuous professional development.
