Role Overview:
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hand therapy experience to provide outpatient services in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves evaluating, treating, and educating patients with various physical impairments affecting function and causing pain. The therapist will develop treatment plans, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and delegate tasks to assistants and students based on their skill levels. Accurate documentation and reassessment are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred
- Valid Physical Therapist License
- No prior experience required, but supervision experience is not necessary
Skills & Duties:
- Establishing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing patient education and making referrals as needed
- Delegating interventions to team members appropriately
- Completing documentation in line with policies
- Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations
