We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide hands-on, patient-centered care in outpatient clinics across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include
evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans using technology and outcome data to inform clinical decisions documenting evaluations and treatments efficiently collaborating with team members to enhance skills and clinic culture.
Qualifications required are a
degree from a CAPTE-accredited program licensure or eligibility as a PT.
