Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 min lunch).
Position Summary: Evaluate and treat patients primarily in rehab and LTAC hospitals, document in EMR, educate patients and families, communicate progress, and coordinate with team members and vendors.
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, serve as a mentor for interns, and participate in skills checks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred. Valid GA license or eligibility, BLS certification, minimum 1-year rehab experience. Basic computer skills needed.
