Role: Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and telehealth physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and patient monitoring.
- Develop personalized care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
- Utilize digital platforms for virtual assessments, treatments, and remote therapeutic monitoring.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with treating clinicians and support operations for digital service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison to optimize remote services and support program growth.
- Maintain reporting and analyze regional service metrics.
- Participate in program development, marketing, and professional growth activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Valid physical therapy license or in-process.
- Experience with digital/telehealth preferred.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
