Role: Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid role)
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and remote digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
- Utilize digital platforms for telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments.
- Document clinical evaluations, treatments, and outcomes efficiently.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient needs.
- Serve as a liaison between providers and the Digital Health team to optimize remote care services.
- Maintain reporting, data analysis, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- State licensure or in-process licensure in any compact state.
- Experience in digital health or telehealth preferred.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
