Responsibilities: Responsible for program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and enhancing productivity within a flexible interdisciplinary environment. Supervises positions such as Physical Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aids.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, lift/load up to 50 pounds, and have sufficient strength, mobility, and stamina for patient care and physical activities. Must handle emergency situations, wear protective equipment, and work under irregular hours. Strong communication skills and physical endurance are essential.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements: Ability to see with corrective wear, hear clearly with assistance, and perform activities like sitting, walking, standing, bending, and twisting. May be exposed to infectious diseases, chemicals, and require wearing protective gear.
