Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Role Overview:

This full-time physical therapist role involves providing skilled outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients in a community-based facility. The position offers a flexible schedule with options for 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts, including late days until 6 pm, and includes inpatient weekend and holiday rotations. The therapist collaborates closely with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans, conducts assessments, educates patients and families, delegates tasks to assistants and students, and maintains documentation in line with policies.

  • Establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional outcomes.
  • Provides patient education and collaborates with healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
  • Delegates interventions based on skill levels, ensuring safe and effective care.
  • Completes accurate documentation and conducts assessments, reassessments, and consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience is not required; supervision experience is also not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
