Physical Therapist Assistant role supporting Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care. You will assist with implementing individualized treatment plans, help patients complete therapeutic exercises, monitor responses and progress, and document patient outcomes accurately.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote improved mobility, functional independence, and overall quality of life for patients.
Key duties:
- Support Physical Therapists in delivering prescribed treatment and therapy interventions
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility-focused activities
- Observe and report patient progress, responses, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation of outcomes and interventions
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals
