Role:
A Physical Therapist providing inpatient care, supervising treatments, assessing patients, developing personalized care plans, and fostering meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate physical therapy.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress.
- Maintain patient safety and address concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal care.
- Celebrate patient victories and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant experience acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
