Seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities include:
– Supervising patients directly and overseeing rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with state practice laws.
– Delivering care aligned with departmental policies, standards, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
– Current or temporary state licensure.
– BLS certification; must be current before independently caring for patients.
– Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult and geriatric populations.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs regularly.
– Prolonged standing, walking, and performing physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
