Role: Full-time Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, responsible for direct patient care to optimize functional outcomes.
Evaluate patients’ medical history, impairments, and functional status to develop personalized treatment plans. Prioritize patient needs, provide appropriate interventions, and recommend equipment and education. Document treatments and progress in compliance with professional and organizational standards. Assess patient needs throughout care, ensuring timely and accurate treatment and documentation. Qualifications include a Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master’s, or Doctorate), current NYS license, and effective communication skills. Preferred qualification is at least 1 year of experience; new graduates are welcome. Requires Physical Therapist License. Key skills include patient management, documentation, and collaboration.
