Role Overview: Provides physical therapy treatment across diverse age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients, develop therapeutic programs, and adjust interventions based on ongoing evaluations. Effectively communicate with team members, patients, and families. Participate in discharge planning, promote evidence-based practices, and support student training and staff mentorship. Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or GED, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within 90 days of start. No prior experience necessary.
