Qualifications & Skills
Requires current licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills needed. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and demonstrate accountability for quality care.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements
Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and assisting patients. Must see adequately with correction and hear clearly with assistance. May be exposed to infectious, hazardous materials, and require PPE and irregular hours.

Physical Activities & Conditions
Frequent location changes, assisting with patient care, and performing activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting. Occasionally may handle emergency situations and work irregular hours.
