Role Overview: This position entails planning and executing individualized physical therapy programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise roles including Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers. Ensure proper treatment delivery, maintain documentation, and support patient care activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires ability to perform physical duties with or without accommodations, including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent mobility, and physical activity. Must have strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the capacity to handle emergency situations.
Physical & Visual/Hearing Demands: Must meet physical requirements such as vision with correction and clear hearing. May be exposed to infectious diseases, toxic chemicals, and require wearing protective gear. Activities involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting, often continuously or frequently.
