Physical Therapist (On-site)
Provide licensed, evidence-based physical therapy using advanced and refurbished medical equipment. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use innovative rehabilitation technologies to restore function and mobility.
Key Duties
- Assess patient needs and evaluate functional limitations
- Create and deliver individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Apply rehab technologies and therapeutic techniques to improve mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and home strategies
- Document patient progress and treatment details in EMR systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Active physical therapy licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
