Role Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care within a supportive, hybrid acute/inpatient setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans considering discharge needs, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will delegate tasks to assistants, ensure proper documentation, and perform assessments and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred)
- No prior experience required
- Ability to educate, collaborate, and communicate effectively
- Skill in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Competency in documentation and delegation
