Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (post-2015), with a high school diploma as a minimum.
- Experience: Relevant experience in physical therapy, with specific years and types of experience preferred or required.
- Certifications & Licensures: Must hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Auto Liability Insurance, and reliable transportation. A Texas Driver’s License is required.
- Additional Requirements: Must obtain certain certifications or licensures within ninety days of hire.
