Role Overview: We seek a Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in a patient-centered, hybrid acute/inpatient setting. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and execution, with a focus on discharge needs and functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering patient discharge and equipment needs.
- Educate patients, collaborate with families and healthcare providers, and make appropriate referrals.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring competency and quality care.
- Complete accurate documentation per departmental policies.
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- Valid Physical Therapist License.
- No prior experience required; opportunity for growth.
