Role Overview:
Plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all ages following established physical therapy practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; after 2015, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy is mandatory.
- Licensed Physical Therapist and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with BLS obtained within 90 days of start.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Develops personalized treatment plans, collaborates with team members, and delivers therapy to diverse patient populations from neonatal to geriatric. No prior experience required.
