Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* within an experienced team of four providers.

Lead and contribute to a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.

Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients for admission via referral or consultative model.

Manage approximately 10 inpatient cases and collaborate with the rehab team to develop personalized, patient-centered care plans.

Participate in quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards.

Outpatient clinic opportunities available, with the chance to influence departmental vision.

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, with call as needed.
Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Compensation & Benefits: $260K-$370K/year, RVU productivity, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid PTO, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, loan assistance, and flexible scheduling.

Additional details: Full-time or part-time roles, various shift options, and in-person work in Buffalo, NY, with employer-supported relocation.
