Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* in a full-time role with leadership responsibilities for a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.
Collaborate with a team of four providers to evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, developing patient-centered care plans. Work closely with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consultative models. Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards and participate in outpatient clinic opportunities.
