We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) for outpatient, functional rehab-focused care in Riverside, CA. The role offers a salary of $300,000 – $340,000 plus monthly census-based bonuses, providing predictable income with growth potential based on clinic demand.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and managing patients with functional limitations and chronic pain
- Developing and overseeing rehab-focused treatment plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychology, neurology, and pain management
- Documenting clinical findings aligned with Workers’ Compensation guidelines
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments for optimal outcomes
Ideal candidates will be board-certified or eligible in PM&R, with active CA licensure, outpatient and rehab experience, and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes a non-procedural, outpatient practice focused on functional recovery, with no on-call or weekend work.
