Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time onsite role.
Responsibilities include treating medically complex patients, supporting return to work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. Services may involve EMGs and NCS for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, with active case management and communication with employers.
Schedule is flexible, typically a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, designed to complement your private practice. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include licensure in the practicing state, MD or DO degree from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and malpractice insurance.
