Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for on-site care. This flexible role involves treating patients for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, providing specialist services (e.g., EMGs, NCS), and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include licensure in the state, MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and malpractice insurance. Preferred experience in work-related injuries is advantageous.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model. This position offers flexible scheduling and supports work-life balance.
