Overview:
Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor. This role involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice. The position focuses on managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and functional restoration, often including EMGs and NCS for work-related injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide services during half-day weekly or biweekly shifts with flexible scheduling.
- Operate as an independent contractor with compensation based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
- Experience with work-related injury treatment preferred.
- Licensed and board-certified or eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Unrestricted DEA license and malpractice insurance required.
