Role Overview
The position involves performing venipuncture, capillary collection, and 12-lead EKGs for patients of all ages, ensuring proper sample handling and preparation.
Utilizes Laboratory Information System (L.I.S.) to manage workflows, respond to service requests, and accurately distribute reports.

Supports hospital and departmental quality initiatives through precise documentation and protocol adherence.
Contributes to lab operations by managing inventory, engaging in ongoing education, and promoting professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CPR-BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program with 100 hours of clinical site training.
- Strong soft skills such as customer service, multitasking, and collaboration.
