Role: Assist licensed pharmacists by providing medication and healthcare products to patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in dispensing, stocking, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Stock and inventory medications, notify management of supply needs, receive prescriptions and refills, prepare and label products, maintain patient profiles and insurance forms, operate cash registers, and uphold product knowledge and cleanliness standards. Perform tasks delegated by pharmacists and adhere to legal and safety policies, including HIPAA. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service or pharmacy-related experience preferred, valid state registration or certification, strong reading, writing, comprehension, basic math skills, attention to detail, and suggestive selling abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
