Role Overview: Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting pharmacy programs in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Drives sales and profitability through effective merchandise presentation, inventory management, and community outreach. Ensures compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards while managing pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, financial oversight, and inventory flow. Focuses on delivering safe, accurate patient care, promoting quality and safety, and fostering a culture of compliance and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, a valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Preferred experience includes U.S. pharmacy practice. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance management skills are essential.
