Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Manager of the Outpatient Pharmacy oversees daily pharmacy operations, serving as the Pharmacist-in-charge (PIC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic drug distribution, home infusion services, and workflow within the pharmacy to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
  • Conduct bi-annual inventory assessments.
  • Support strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Educational requirements include a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy is required or preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in retail pharmacy.
    • Licensure by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required.

    Skills & Key Duties:

    • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
    • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and inventory management.
    • Ability to monitor workflow, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
