Role Overview: Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers on healthcare needs, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice and develop strategies to meet customer and business needs.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, monitor progress, and implement improvement opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by modeling proper techniques and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, legal standards, and safety protocols, including safety and quality assurance reviews.
- Administer immunizations and other health programs as per pharmacy regulations.
- Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and transparency by analyzing areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Support healthcare compliance initiatives, including billing, HIPAA, and SOP adherence, through audits and process improvements.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive work environment, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to ethics, compliance, and patient safety.
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes and support team development.
