This position involves independently reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems, collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care. The pharmacist manages drug therapy protocols within a team, compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug-related information, and supervises pharmacy support staff.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Montana Pharmacist License upon hire
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Hospital pharmacy and outpatient anticoagulation experience
