Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery team, providing comprehensive perioperative care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgery
- Provide intraoperative nursing support in collaboration with the surgical team
- Support post-anesthesia recovery and monitor patient status
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Educate patients and families and support informed care
- Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong understanding of perioperative and post-anesthesia nursing practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiology, and surgical technology staff
- Excellent patient monitoring, assessment, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented documentation and medication administration accuracy
