Role: Inpatient RN responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans based on scope of practice and standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout their hospitalization.
- Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Initiate problem-solving, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.
- Actively engage as a team member to achieve unit and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adhere to policies and procedures.
Additional Details: Work involves clinical environment duties, on-call responsibilities, and rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes safety, quality care, and professional growth within a supportive, diverse work environment.
