Seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for a per diem role in a 19-bed Medical unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs.
- Providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, including education and discharge planning.
- Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participating in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Troubleshooting equipment and contributing to unit decision-making.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).

- Flexibility to work a minimum of 24 hours per schedule, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts.
