Role: Per diem Inpatient Registered Nurse in a 30-bed advanced acute care medical unit. The RN assesses, plans, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate and implement care plans including education and discharge planning, provide direct care such as treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
