We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients’ homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont. This per diem, 1099 contractor role offers flexibility for an independent practitioner focused on patient-centered care.

Requirements: active NP license in Vermont, availability Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (flexible schedule), background checks, comfort with wound care, strong communication skills, and a caring bedside manner. Wound care or skilled nursing experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $100.00 – $150.00 per hour. Must have at least 1 year of wound care and nurse practitioner experience preferred. This role involves in-person patient care with a focus on healing and improving quality of life in a flexible, supportive environment.
