Role Overview:
Seeking Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN I, II, III) to provide patient care under supervision across multiple levels, with responsibilities increasing by experience. The role involves applying clinical knowledge, ensuring patient safety, and prioritizing care needs in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in assigned areas under supervision
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients and families
- Identify patient needs and organize care accordingly
- Perform duties consistent with experience level, with higher levels including additional responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program
- Valid Texas LVN license and BLS certification
- 6+ months clinical experience or successful completion of LVN Residency
- Proficiency with medical equipment, supplies, and computer systems
Preferred Experience:
- LVN II: 4+ years clinical experience
- LVN III: 9+ years clinical experience
Compensation & Benefits:
