Join a specialty pharmacy team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering care in patients’ homes to improve health outcomes.
Provide safe administration of specialty medications, including IV infusions, in patients’ homes. Partner with care teams to support holistic patient well-being. Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately. Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination. Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal results. Qualifications: Active RN license and minimum 2 years of nursing experience. At least 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare. Proficiency in IV techniques. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. Willingness to do multiple patient visits, including some evenings and weekends. Preferred: BSN degree and experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
