We are seeking a PICU/Peds Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages and acuity levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Embracing organizational mission, values, and service standards
Qualifications and skills:
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Eligible for RN licensure in MO or a compact state within 90 days
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
- Passion for working with children of all ages and acuity levels
