Seeking a compassionate Pediatrician and Pediatrics Supervisor for full-time roles in underserved communities in Orange County, CA.
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for children from birth to 18, including well-child checks and sick visits. Lead and supervise a pediatric team, ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive care while developing clinical policies and initiatives. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations, utilizing EPIC EMR. Work Monday through Saturday, with a daytime schedule and one Saturday/month, in a team-focused, community-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are board-certified, licensed in California, with 3-5 years of experience, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, and committed to serving underserved populations.
