We care for patients from infants to college age, with a team that includes a pediatrician and two physician associates. Our Patient Centered Medical Home model involves only office visits, no hospital rounding, with divided call duties supported by a nurse triage system for better work-life balance.
Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited school, completed pediatric residency, CT license eligibility, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong communication skills.
