Pediatrician

The Pediatrician (MD) provides comprehensive outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic health management in alignment with FQHC standards and regulatory guidelines.


  • Perform well-child exams, diagnose and treat pediatric conditions, and manage chronic illnesses such as asthma and obesity.
  • Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans while documenting accurately in EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate referrals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care, educating families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Supervise clinical staff, support organizational compliance, and participate in on-call and extended hours as needed.

  • Qualifications include MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, active licensure, DEA registration, and preferred experience in outpatient or underserved settings. Bilingual skills and proficiency with EMR systems are advantageous. The role offers a competitive salary ($220,000–$260,000), benefits, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and loan repayment assistance. Work is primarily in a clinical setting, requiring physical stamina and occasional travel.
