Provides speech therapy treatments to pediatric outpatients, implementing and adjusting treatment plans to meet individual goals.
Conducts evaluations, develops age-appropriate, culturally sensitive plans, and monitors patient progress.Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation, and legal standards, including the Speech Therapy Practice Act.Delegates treatment procedures appropriately, maintains detailed records, and facilitates safe discharge planning.Eligible candidates must hold a California Speech Therapy license, BLS (AHA), and have at least 1 year of experience, preferably hospital-based.
Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily, with flexibility for 4 ten-hour days; no weekends.
