Seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist for a temp-to-hire position in Rancho Mirage, CA, earning $55-$60/hour.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days, with options for 4 ten-hour days; no weekends.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, providing speech therapy to pediatric patients, evaluating progress, and assisting with discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
- Perform evaluations and develop age-appropriate, culturally sensitive treatment plans.
- Deliver effective therapy, delegate procedures appropriately, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide safe discharge planning and ensure individual productivity meets department standards.
Requirements:
- California licensure with the Speech-Language Pathology Board; BLS certification (AHA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
