Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in an outpatient, private practice setting working with infants and children up to age nine. The role offers 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and specialists.

  • Responsibilities include developing evidence-based speech programs, working directly with patients and families, evaluating therapy outcomes, documenting care, and team collaboration.
  • Qualifications include at least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferably with birth to 3 and feeding disorders), a master’s degree, licensure in Washington, strong communication skills, and rapport-building ability. New graduates completing CFY may be considered.
  • The position offers a competitive salary ($60,000–$85,000), benefits such as 401(k) with matching, health/dental insurance, paid time off, continuing education, license reimbursement, and travel stipends. In-person work location.
