Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in an outpatient, private practice setting treating infants and children up to age nine. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling.
Our team collaborates with occupational therapists, physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and specialists such as dietitians and vision/hearing experts.
We seek an SLP with experience in birth to 3 populations and feeding disorders; new graduates completing CFY are also welcome.
The position offers competitive salary ($60,000–$85,000), profit sharing, benefits (medical, dental, 401k, paid holidays), continuing education funds, license reimbursement, and flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities include developing evidence-based speech programs, working directly with patients and families, evaluating therapy progress, documenting care, and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications include 2+ years pediatric experience preferred, a Master’s degree or higher, valid Washington state SLP license, strong communication, rapport-building skills, and leadership qualities.
